Animals at the heart.
Support that connects to the ranch’s shelter and everyday animal-care priorities.
OUR STORYA ranch is built
A ranch is built
one day at a time.
Rice Ranch brings together animal care, everyday ranch life and useful ways to support a more self-sustaining future.
ROOTED IN EVERYDAY CAREThe small things
The small things
are the important things.
Feeding, water, bedding and shelter. Practical improvements. Following an animal’s progress. The work is ongoing, and the community has a place in it.
Our aim is to make the ranch progressively more self-supporting, with a mix of resale, our brands’ own products, useful recommendations and direct animal support.
Our Rice Ranch journal and free Field Notes share animal-care learning, ranch updates and practical rural life. Practical Homestead Picks publishes its own guides, newsletter and affiliate recommendations.
