Purchase information
Rice Rescue Ranch provides checkout and order support for ranch and Campfire Dad Co. purchases. Busy Mom Blueprint and ReadyDesk Studio are separate businesses; support and delivery commitments for their existing orders through Rice Ranch checkout remain in place. The brand, item, file formats or physical options, quantity and price are identified on each listing and order. Review those details and the final checkout total before paying. Digital and physical products have different delivery arrangements. Affiliate recommendations take you to a separate merchant; that merchant handles its own checkout, delivery and returns. Existing donation and community purchases follow their separately displayed terms.
Existing digital orders
Digital products are downloadable files; no physical item is shipped. The listing states the included files, formats and supported use. After payment is confirmed, Wix provides the download link in the order confirmation email and on the Thank You page. Download links are active for 30 days. Save a copy of your files. If a link expires or a supplied file cannot be opened, email riceranch5@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. The Busy Moms Blueprint Mom Calendar: Oct 2026-Dec 2028 includes 27 monthly calendars plus six supporting pages in both a 33-page US Letter PDF and a 33-page A4 PDF with the same content, together with a START-HERE guide. These are static printable files for handwriting; fillable fields, calculations, tablet navigation and editable Canva templates are not included. ReadyDesk Studio Ops Starter Kit: the ZIP contains one XLSX weekly dashboard with a 100-row tracker; three editable DOCX templates with matching static PDF versions (2-page SOP, 2-page meeting notes and 7-page guide); and a README. The spreadsheet includes formulas. The PDFs are static; the DOCX and XLSX files are editable in compatible applications. The approved license covers one business and its internal team, with no resale or redistribution. No physical item is shipped. Order issues & returns
Digital downloads: If files are missing, damaged or do not match the listing, email riceranch5@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Each request is reviewed for a corrected file, replacement download or refund where appropriate. This is not an automatic refund guarantee. Campfire Dad Co print-on-demand: Check the size, color and measurements before ordering. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from the order, email riceranch5@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs. For a missing shipment, include the expected delivery date and tracking information. Resolution depends on review of the order and issue; do not return an item without return instructions. Resale goods: Any item-specific condition, return eligibility and shipping arrangements must be stated in that item's listing before it is offered for sale. Affiliate purchases: Contact the merchant on your receipt. These policies do not limit any rights that apply under consumer law.
Delivery information
Digital downloads have no shipping charge and are supplied after payment confirmation. Eligible Campfire Dad Co shirts are made to order through Printful and currently ship to accepted United States addresses only. Shipping is USD 4.95 for the first eligible shirt plus USD 2.20 for each additional eligible shirt in the same order. Checkout may show the total as a USD 2.75 base shipping fee plus USD 2.20 per shirt; these components together make the stated shipping charge. Digital items do not add to that shirt shipping charge. Production and carrier transit are separate, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. The delivery method must be available for the address entered at checkout. Resale and other physical products follow their own listed delivery arrangements.
Checkout privacy
This notice covers Rice Rescue Ranch checkout and order support for its own products and participating brands. Checkout collects the contact, billing and delivery details needed for the selected payment method and product, together with the order contents. We use this information to process the purchase, supply digital files or physical products, handle order questions and keep required transaction records. Wix hosts the checkout and order system. Your selected payment provider processes payment information. For Campfire Dad Co physical orders, relevant order and delivery information is provided to Printful and delivery carriers for fulfillment. Email sent to riceranch5@gmail.com is handled through Gmail. Wix and the other service providers also process technical information needed to operate and protect their services under their own privacy notices, including https://www.wix.com/about/privacy. Affiliate merchant checkouts and separate brand newsletters have their own privacy notices. For questions about Rice Ranch order information, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email riceranch5@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to fulfill the transaction or meet legal obligations. Do not email passwords or full payment-card information.
Basic website measurement
We count page views, shopping clicks, newsletter-link clicks, accepted signups, checklist print actions, share actions and successful checkout handoffs in the private Rice Ranch business dashboard. Counts are grouped by business, day, page, event and broad referral source. Your browser keeps only the broad source category for the current tab so opening another page does not lose where your visit began. This measurement does not use cookies or store names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referrer URLs or individual visitor profiles. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Clicks and handoffs are not confirmed purchases or subscriptions.
Rice Ranch Field Notes
Email signup is optional and separate from a purchase, donation or community membership. With your consent, we store your first name (if supplied), email address and email preference in Rice Ranch’s Wix forms and contacts. We use them for ranch tips, project updates and occasional offers. You can leave the list using an email’s unsubscribe link or contact riceranch5@gmail.com for help. The free care checklist remains available without signup.
Donations, memberships & affiliate purchases
One-time gifts support Rice Ranch and are processed through Rice Ranch checkout. Rice Ranch’s supporter community displays its current membership, renewal and cancellation details. Affiliate purchases follow the merchant’s checkout and policies.
